   The dress is fantastic. I absolutely love it. But what impressed me the most, was the outstanding level of customer service from Sarita. I emailed after a few weeks as I had lost some weight, to see if I could change the sizing. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was sorted. When the dresses arrived in stock, Sarita emailed again to check if I wanted to stick with the new size. This REALLY impressed me. I’ve worked in customer service for 12years, and it’s rare to see this level of service from an online retailer, so congratulations and Sarita is an asset to your business.

   Last time I bought a Hell bunny dress in my size it was tight so I bought up a size and now they seem to be making them bigger so I will have to find a dress maker to alter it for me. Not the shops fault or the dresses , just me being over cautious about the sizes
